August 10-14, 2026 | Ages 15-18 | A 5-day S&C camp for competitive athletes.
Location: Collingwood Morven Campus, West Vancouver
Dates: August 10 to 14, 2026
Time: 9:00am to 12:00pm daily
Sports: Open to athletes from any sport
Spots: Limited to 14 athletes
What the day looks like:

Field - Speed, agility, and power. Athletes train the physical qualities that transfer across all team sports.

Classroom - A daily guest speaker covers a different topic each day: mindset and performance, university recruiting, nutrition, and more.

Weight Room - Strength training and movement fundamentals.
Athletes learn how to lift and build a foundation they can carry forward on their own.
This is a performance camp, not a skills camp. It is for athletes who want to learn how to train, build physical capacity, and develop habits that hold up into their fall season and beyond.
